Compass – The Path to Working Life -project

Compass – The path to working life is an ESF+ (European Social Fund Plus) funded project aimed at identifying new methods to support unemployed jobseekers in their job search and introducing innovative recruitment practices to the region. The project develops and pilots new ways to make jobseekers´ skills visible to emploers and, converserly, to help employers to find suitable candidates.

The project focuses on:

• strengthen the employment opportunities of unemployed job seekers.
• promote the employment of unemployed jobseekers through individual guidance and group activities.
• enhance the use of digital tools in job searching and in marketing one´s own skills.
• develop digital job-seeking processes, support for work ability, and cooperation between authorities and employers.

My Ristinummi project

My Ristinummi is an ESF+ (European Social Fund Plus) funded project aimed at promoting and strengthening inclusion, non-discrimination, and the well-being of the local community in the Ristinummi area.

The project focuses on:

• helping unemployed people find paths back into working life.
• increasing the participation of people with an immigrant background and enhancing intercultural interaction.
• improving the work ability and functional capacity of the target group by offering new and more accessible services.
