My Ristinummi -project
My Ristinummi is an ESF+ (European Social Fund Plus) funded project aimed at promoting and strengthening inclusion, non-discrimination, and the well-being of the local community in the Ristinummi area.
The project focuses on:
- supporting unemployed individuals in finding pathways back to working life.
- increasing the participation of people with an immigrant background and enhancing intercultural interaction.
- improving the work ability and functional capacity of the target group by offering new and more accessible services.
